Kenitex wall & roof coatings
Our signature work. The internationally patented Kenitex coating is applied to exterior walls and roofs as a layered system. It flexes as the building moves, bridges hairline cracks and holds out UV and driving rain.

Painting of walls, roofs & steel
Straightforward painting done to a proper standard. Interior and exterior walls, ceilings, roof sheeting and exposed steelwork, with the surface preparation and priming that decides whether a paint job lasts three years or ten.

Damp proofing
Damp does not settle down on its own; it spreads and takes the plaster with it. We work out whether you have rising damp, penetrating damp or a condensation problem, then apply the barrier or injection system that addresses that cause.

Waterproofing
Flat roofs, parapet walls, balconies, gutters and wet areas, sealed with membrane systems specified to cope with ponding water rather than just shedding it.

A seamless epoxy floor takes heavy foot and vehicle traffic, resists spills and cleans easily — which is why it ends up in warehouses, workshops, showrooms and garages.

Unprotected steel corrodes quickly, and by the time it is visible it is usually further along than it looks. We apply protective coating systems to structural steel, tanks, pipework and plant.

How long does a Kenitex coating last?
With correct preparation the system typically performs for 10–15 years or more before it needs a maintenance re-coat. Exposure matters: a north-facing wall in full sun works harder than a sheltered one.
Do you give a guarantee?
Yes. Every completed project carries a written workmanship guarantee, and the coating materials carry their own warranty depending on the system specified.
Can you match the colour we already have?
Yes. We colour-match to your existing finish, or help you choose a new colour during the free inspection.
Do we need to move out while you work?
No. Most residential work is exterior, so you carry on as normal. For interior work we section off the area and cover everything before we start.
Which areas do you cover?
Gauteng — Pretoria, Johannesburg, Centurion, Midrand and the surrounding areas. Ask us if you are unsure about your suburb.
Do you take on industrial contracts?
Yes. Alongside homes we regularly handle commercial facades, warehouse and factory roofs, structural steel, tanks and floors.
How is the price worked out?
By surface area, the condition it is currently in, how much preparation is needed and which system is specified. The free inspection gives you the exact number in writing.
What happens if it rains?
Coatings need dry conditions to cure properly, so we plan around the forecast and will move a date rather than apply in the wet and compromise the finish.
